  • Drafting offers and Letters of Intent (LOIs): We guide you step by step and teach you how to “sell” your offer to the broker. The offer or LOI starts the ball rolling.
  • Due diligence process: You are creating your own business, so treat it that way. Your Fast-Track Field Trainer shows you how to go on an information-gathering and fact-finding mission – checking and double-checking, confirming and reconfirming any piece of important information that is used in determining the potential of a property.
